DBC Technologies Ltd. owns, operates, and controls the following first-party software platforms and brands (collectively, the “DBC Applications”):

  • BusinessToolKitAI.com – AI business marketing and automation tools

  • MailThreadAI.com – AI email and follow-up automation

  • AILeadEase.com – AI lead generation, enrichment, and engagement tools

All DBC Applications are first-party products of DBC Technologies Ltd. and are not operated by third parties.

2. Services Overview

DBC Technologies Ltd. provides AI-powered software and automation tools for businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI voice agents

  • Appointment scheduling

  • CRM and marketing automation

  • Calendar synchronization

  • Messaging, email, and notification services

  • Business intelligence and analytics

Some services integrate with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn via authorized APIs.

3. Third-Party Integrations & OAuth Authorization

3.1 OAuth Authorization

Certain DBC Applications allow users to connect their accounts to third-party services using OAuth authorization, including but not limited to:

  • Google (Google Calendar, Google Account)

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

  • LinkedIn

When you authorize a connection:

  • You explicitly grant permission to DBC Technologies Ltd. to access specific data only within the scope you approve

  • Access is governed by the third-party provider’s OAuth framework and permissions system

  • You may revoke access at any time via your third-party account settings

3.2 Use of OAuth Data

OAuth-authorized data is used solely to provide the functionality requested by the user, such as:

  • Displaying account-related information inside DBC Applications

We do not:

  • Sell OAuth-authorized data

DBC Applications request only the minimum scopes necessary to deliver the requested functionality.

  • Calendar access is used only for availability checks and event creation

4. User Responsibilities
